How to battle the early morning sunlight with Fakro blinds

As it gets brighter, earlier in the days, you may well be starting to get a bit of the ol' sunlight coming through your Fakro window and hitting your eyes whilst you're still tucked up in bed. To a lot of people (myself included), this is not ideal. So how do you remedy this situation? With a Fakro blackout blind of course!

No one likes a rude awakening when you've still got time to be in bed, so adorn your Fakro window with a Fakro blackout blind! On Fakro-blinds.co.uk, there are a whole range of colours and designs to choose from.
A common misconception with Fakro blackout blinds is that you need to get darker colours for them to be more effective. This is entirely not true!
All Fakro blackout blinds have the same silver, reflective backing and work exactly the same whether you get a white or pink, or a brown or black colour.

ARF-053 (left) and the ARF-231. Work exacty the same!

As you can see in that picture, the light ARF-053 Fakro blackout blind and the dark brown ARF-231 Fakro blackout blind have the same silver backing. Don't just take our word for it, remember you can order free samples from us and see for yourself!

All Fakro blackout blinds come with aluminium side channels as standard. What does this mean? It means you can pull down and position your blind at any point you want and it'll stay there. Now that's some control.
Of course Fakro blackout blinds are fully operational with Fakro ZST control rods as well.

How do they fit? I'd be delighted to tell you. Of course, all Fakro blinds come with full instructions and they are sincerely very easy to fit (no need to hire a handy man!), but there is also an informative video featuring Fakro legend Paul Warren showing you how to install a blackout blind as seen below:

So there we go, Fakro blackout blinds in a sort-of nutshell. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to share with us and the world! As mentioned earlier, order your free samples/free brochures by emailing us at sales@fakro-blinds.co.uk.
