Let’s take a look up close and personal with the one and only, Fakro ZST telescopic Rod.
Standard length ZST Telescopic Rod
So here is the rod at its basic, standard length. Not a bad
reach by any means. It'll do the job for you when called upon. But what if you need a little more reach?
Maximum length ZST Telescopic Rod
Yes it’s an extender! That’s right, check out the reach on
that beauty. You don’t just have to extend it to
the rod’s maximum power, it has a few slots there so you can adjust the rod to a
length that suits you. In fact, here are the finer details:
Standard length: 119cm
Extends up to: 134cm, 164cm, 190cm, 218cm.
The ZSP Control rod extension can boost this length to up to 330cm! Wowsers.
But back to the title question. How durable is the ZST telescopic rod? Well, you see, this blog post was inspired by an accidental
drop test. A couple of days ago, our showroom ZST Rod had accidentally fallen
from the top floor of the showroom to the bottom floor. Gasp!
Undamaged: ZST Rod "Is that all you've got?"
Fear not, the rod was perfectly fine! It survived unscathed
and ready for another day of hard work. Nothing broken, not it's circular end piece nor it's spirit. What a trooper.
The height of which it dropped, according to my calculations, was roughly equal to a medium-sized bear standing on a coffee table. Also, the floor surface was not carpeted or laminated either! Well done, ZST Rod. Nothing phases you.
If your special ZST Rod does happen to break or sustain some kind of damage, not to worry, we will get a replacement sent out to you in a giffy! No fuss. Just call us or email us.
Next week, I'll show you how ZST Rod's operate the windows and blinds in detail!
