  1. Hi, we've just moved in to a new house with a fakro blind on a velux window and all of a sudden this little piece has popped out that stops the blind from shutting all the way down. We can do it by pushing it back in but it seems like it is purposefully there. We can't see anything, like a button or a switch, to bring this little blocker back in - any ideas?
    Thanks, Miffy

  2. Hi there Miffy! Thanks for reading the blog.

Hmm, that does sound a bit strange. What kind of blind is it?
If it is a blackout blind, it could possibly be the tiny plastic piece attached to the bottom of the string on the sides. It should be tucked away within the side channels.
It's tricky to say though really, there shouldn't be anything that gets in the way of fully pulling down your blind!

Please email us a picture of what's happening and we'll get to the bottom of it for you. Email is sales@fakro-blinds.co.uk and my name is Darin.

    Thanks!
